About The Witch’s Cellar

The Witch’s Cellar was created as a place for the preservation and practice of a living current of traditional witchcraft, rooted in ancestral knowledge, folk magical traditions, and a direct spiritual relationship with the Unseen. It represents the continuation of a path shaped through years of study, practical work, and the gradual rediscovery of my own family’s forgotten magical heritage.

The Witch’s Cellar is housed within our old family olive mill in Corfu, a building dating from 1900 and a place that has belonged to my ancestors for generations. It was there, through fragments of forgotten family knowledge preserved in my grandfather’s notebooks, through oral tradition, and through the memories of the village’s older inhabitants, that a deeper magical current (one that had nearly disappeared into obscurity) began to reveal itself. These discoveries became the foundation upon which this work now rests.

The tradition I practice, the Pepelevatic Tradition, was shaped not only by inherited knowledge, but equally by twenty years of observing the Unseen, devotion to the Art, and a continual effort to examine, refine, and expand my understanding. For this reason, I make no claim to possess absolute answers. Magic is an unending path of apprenticeship, and every sincere practitioner remains a student throughout life, as new gates into the deeper Mysteries continually open and invite a greater understanding.

The Witch’s Cellar is a place where these Mysteries may be approached without fear or prejudice. My work is centred upon practical magic, with the aim of restoring inner clarity, removing harmful or burdensome influences, strengthening spiritual equilibrium, and supporting meaningful change according to the particular needs and circumstances of each individual. Alongside consultation and ritual work, I create a small collection of ritual objects and magical materials. Each preparation is made by hand and ritually prepared according to traditional methods, appropriate planetary influences, places of power, and the spiritual forces with which I work.

Because almost everything is made by hand, production remains deliberately small. The Witch’s Cellar was never created for mass commercial production, but as a living space of genuine magical practice, a place where tradition continues to be applied rather than merely preserved, where knowledge develops through dedicated work, and where those seeking sincere guidance can find meaningful support in a quiet, respectful, and attentive environment.
