Ritual Applications & Usage:
In traditional sorcery, vessels of this nature serve as primary instruments for working with the element of Fire, particularly during fumigations, offerings, and ritual preparations.
-
Fumigation & Cleansing: The removable inner chamber houses glowing charcoal for burning raw resins, incense blends, and sacred botanicals, making it ideal for consecration, space clearing, and setting the ritual atmosphere.
-
Burnt Offerings: Functions as a safe, enclosed vessel for burning written petitions, sigils, wax seals, or symbolic offerings, allowing the smoke to carry the intent into the unseen realms.
Safety Note: When using charcoal, it is recommended to place a layer of sea sand beneath or inside the removable basin. This insulates the copper base and tray from intense heat, ensuring safer handling and protecting surfaces.
