Necromantic Fumigation

A sacred blend of herbs, resins, and woods formulated for rites of necromancy, ancestral communion, and crossing into the unseen realms. Burned over glowing charcoal during evocation, its smoke prepares the ritual atmosphere, consecrates the working space, and supports the practitioner in aligning with ancestral presences, spirits, and shades.

This specific formulation is crafted to harmonize the ritual environment and establish the necessary conditions for communicating with the dead. The smoke acts as a vessel and support for the practitioner—who, through their own ritual knowledge, methods of communion, and spiritual practice, parts the veil to the realm beyond.

In our tradition, workings of this nature are conducted in places where the boundary between worlds is naturally thin, such as cemeteries or sites steeped in ancestral memory. They may also be performed within a consecrated ritual circle, beneath trees historically bound to the mysteries of death and the underworld, such as the cypress or the walnut. When working indoors, the casting of a protective circle to contain and define the space is strongly recommended.
